Stretford Subway Art

OrangeFridayBadge

I saw Bev @ Reader's Block participating in Orange You Glad It's Friday. This photo meme is sponsored by Hood Photo Blog where we share a photo with as little or as much orange.

This is my post for Saturday Snapshot and Orange You Glad It's Friday.

  1. I love to see art in the subway stations ... certainly more pleasant than cigarette ads and posters with all sorts of print blurring by!

  2. It's great, in't it. I wish more places would do stuff like that to brighten up the walls and make it look more cheerful. My Snapshot is at http://goo.gl/UR1qO

  9. Very colorful! The only subways I'm familiar with are in New York. There's some nice artwork there--but not all the stations have it. It certainly adds a nice touch.

    Here's my Snapshot.

  12. I agree about subway art ... it's always intriguing to see it whether it's flying by as you pass it on the train or you have a chance to see it in the station. Soooo much better than ads.
I also think 'subway art' would be the focus of a great meme.

  13. Neat art on the walls.

Your title sounds like a knock-knock joke I remember telling when I was a kid.
